Back to the contract, but probably not. If there is a signed contract, money to bind the contract, acceptance by seller, etc…Buyer has the right to force the sale…me thinks! (I’m not a lawyer though)

Can a seller cancel a sale of a home 2 weeks before the scheduled day of settlement just because they got mad at the Realtor?

Only if the contract states that settlement is contingent on seller not getting mad at Realtor.
