For such it essential and fundamental question, I would not rely on the answer provided to me in an Internet chat room. I would consult a lawyer who is an expert in real estate law in the jurisdiction in which I’m investing.

You wouldn’t want to get yes as an answer, and then in the middle of the deal have it blowup, due to a technicality. Submit follow-up post submit follow-up post

Does anyone know if land trusts can be used in Louisiana sense its based on Napeolenic code? I noticed at the end of Bronchicks course description for land trusts it says
“Sorry not valid in LA or TN” I was wondering if that means his course doesnt have the paperwork for here or they are useless in this state. I have heard they dont work here but I just want to make sure. Thank you all in advance for even taking the time to read this.

PS: Anyone know if a personal property trust would work here?

Sincerely,

Jon
