let’s get some craziness going about some of the things we all have run into - me first - talked to seller today who has home about 35 miles away and giving him the usual questions like what kind of heat does it have… - he replies none when we moved we took the furnace with us but there’s a place to put one back in so you don’t have to worry - how about floors i conjured - there are a few soft spots that need work - how about roof - don’t worry about that i put sheet metal all over it and let it stick out about 6" all the way around so water can’t get behind the windows -
