I bet you that your friends won’t be complaining 5 yrs from now. It’s part of investment property but only a small piece of the big picture.

Hi,

I am very new to real estate. I have friends who own rentals and I see how much head aches and heart ache they go through. I definitely don’t want to be in their position.

Are there any kind of real estate investment opportunities out there where one doesn’t have to be a land lord and yet invest in real estate?
