It is possible to ‘flip’ mobile homes just as we do with real estate. However, mobile homes are treated as personal property (vehicles) and not as real estate. You should use a Bill of Sale or Option when contracting for the property.

If so, what contract do you use to tie up the property… a standard state realtor’s contract?
