Read carefully the terms, conditions, and closing instructions within the mortgagee’s letter of acceptance.

Typically, with first position mortgagee shorts, the approvals are specific to the named Buyer, and estimated HUD1.

If you want to assign… why not contact the mortgagee and ask if you can, and if it wouldn’t mind amending its approval for your new deal.

Hi. I’d like to ask that after we get the accept letter from the lender(short sale), beside contract with homeowner.If I don’t want to use my financing,can we turn around to flip it(wholesale)by assignment or using Subject to to buy the house ect? Thank you for your information.
