It was at exit 58 off the LIE. Within the month it will be around exit 48. Call our 800 # in about a week and full details will be available. The # is available at the CRE club page for NY.

Kinda stumbled upon this site. Disturbing to say the least. I am convinced the RE market is at about the stock market equivalent of Jan 2000…ie getting ready to pop. Investment clubs? 17 year olds wanting a “piece of the action”? Guess we never learn.
