The only thing different if you are licensed is that you must disclose you are a licensed RE agent (when you are). Nothing else is different. (I’m assuming you are doing this for your own account or benefit and not brokering this “service”.)

Hello, I am studying to be a real estate sales agent. I am planning to do flipping and assignments to other real estate investors. Can I do this legally or would I get in trouble? I know that I have to disclose that I am a real estate sales agent, but would I have to disclose that I want to assign this contract? Thank you for your time.
