I’m on my 4th property since last October. One is a rental and the tenants want a L/O. I just signed on a bank foreclosure last week.

Hello all,
I am possible moving to florida (lee county) and i am wondering how the market is. I am interested in foreclosures and lease options because of not having any income for other investing and this is low money down and no mortgaging. can anyone give me any insight? is it flooded with investors or can you still make money?

I have a friend that lives in Hawaii and is buying houses in Florida. Las I heard she was at 11 in the past 2 years.

I live here in sunny SWFLA, in Lehigh Acres, Lee county. We have had an increase in property values never seen before in such a short period of time 98.9% in the past year. And yes we can still make a *hitload of money.
