I know this guy who owns a 25+ acre camp site. He’s been tring to sell for 3+ years he wants 500,000. He has a lake,mini golf,a big building where he sells supplies, and has a game room. Some of the sites are hooked up to sewer, but all have electric and water. My question: could this make a great moblie home site and raise the value of the property right away? Are there differances between camp site and park as far as resrictions.
