I have been trying to find online reviews of this course, but cannot find any. Before I purchase it from his site, I would like any info. Does this course only talk about wholesaling or is it for any use of locating owners of vacant houses?

U can check out a presentation on the above link (I’m not associated with it). It does seem to more than just wholesaling because he’ll help you find the owners and, make offers, etc. It sounds good but it doesn’t hurt to be cautious.

The course is simple, and so is this specialty…Wholesaling. The manual is thin, but good enough to get you started. The CDs cover the same material discussed in the manual, so you can learn as you drive, and review the manual when you get home form work. The course and CDs talk about the process of doing a wholesale deal. He also has another set of CDs called “Sell it Fast” that talks about how to sell the properties you get under contract.
As for the “Skip Trace” service, I received 50 skip traces to use when you find some properties. They normally cost $24.95 per search, and they claim to be the best in the industry. Ron LeGrand told him he should bring his skip tracing service to the public and he did.

From what I understand Cameron’s actual biz is find the sell. He runs an advanced skip trace for you. I am about to buy the course because I’ve been listening to his presentations for about 6 months.
