Is calling the numbers on bandit signs a good way to find deals. Have any of you bought many houses from other investors who wholesale these deals to youthat they got from people calling their signs, as rehabs or not?

I am in FL and have switched from rehabbing to the wholesale business, and always use “handyman special” bandit signs to sell my properties. I call investors who have bought houses from me first, but then put up signs. We all make a lot of money… A phone call is cheap, takes less than a minute, and could make you some $$$$
