I have my real estate license and wanted to chat with some other Realtors about how they are using their license to buy and sell investment property…ie…what techniques work for you as far as searching the MLS etc. Also…how can we be of assistance to other investors and make money…and how do you work out your contract with an investor so it is worth your time?
