Hi, I’m a young man from CALIFORNIA. I have always carried a passion
for real estate and now I am ready to get involved. Heres the thing, I
have a friend who is a successful business man with 50-100,000 to
invest and i have MY OWN MAINTENANCE TEAM from the motel that my
friend owns. The question is where do i go from here? I want to get
started small. I think the best properties for me would be cheap fixer
uppers in decent(not necessarily great neighborhoods). Idealy i think i
would like a fixer upper that will take a lot of time investment and not
necessarily actual monetary investments. I can also provide very cheap
furniture for the homes because of my hotel connections. So if you have
any suggestions to what would be the best way to get started, gimme an
