In Calfiornia, if you are a real estate agent you cannot represent a buyer who is an investor if the following four items are true:
1-The home qualifies as the seller’s personal residence.
2-The property is a single family home or 2-4 units
3-A Notice of Default has been filed in the public records against the home
4-The investor/buyer will not occupy the property.
I have two questions.
1-How can you work with investors?
2-If you are an agent/investor can you invest without breaking the law?
