I’m trying to figure a payment on my HP 12C calculator, but I’m getting different figures on two separate web sites that calculate the same thing, and I can’t understand what I might be doing wrong.
$108,000 Present value
360 month term
5.5%
My Quicken software and two amortization websites say the payment should be $613.21.
However, my trusty calculator is giving me a payment of $661.37!!! I’m sure I’m inputting the numbers correctly?
If anyone can explain this, I’d be eternally grateful!!
