I have no idea of where you can get free property assessment tools for your computer but may I suggest several options:

  1. Most, if not all, spreedsheet programs have the tools your looking for to determine a property’s value and investment potential. Look for the “f(X)” symbol in the spreedsheet program which can supply you with all the formulas you will ever need.
  2. A financial calculator can also be used to compute the info your looking for. The only draw back is it can take a lot of time to do calculations for a number of properties in one sitting.
    If you do find FREE software to do a property assessment, be sure to let me know about it. Good luck in your search.
