sounds like the consevator was negligent in not paying the taxes (or no $$ to pay w/) you should run this by an atty.
Seems that is you get a tax deed, you’re all set.

I am looking to bid on a property in a California property tax lien auction that is currently held in the title of (name) CNSRV for (name) CNSEE.
Could I possibly have a problem getting title without it being contested due to the way the title is held in conservatorship?
