Zurich has a builder’s risk program that is for vacants. I believe it is under what they call their remodelers section.

Have any of you CA investors had any luck getting a policy with CA Fair Plan for vacant properties? I had a policy that was just cancelled and need to find a replacement insurer asap. The limited fire insurance would be ok, but I need it asap.
Any other suggestions for vacant properties? Thanks, Kristinen
