Dont know if I read every one, but I do know that I read at least 1 Bronchick article.
It takes at least 9 times before anything sinks into my brain.
Sometime on private email I will tell you the funny thing I did with the paperwork of my first deal.
Rookie!

I have alot of the same questions you do… Where in Missouri are you? I am in the South KC area, are you anywhere near there?

Phil,
In Hyre’s article “Best entity for me??” he pretty clearly states that an “S” corp is the way to go for flips (which is what you’re doing with Lonnie deals). He also cautions that each situation is different based on your income etc.
Not sure if you saw these:

I live north of Carthage/Joplin area Bob. My kids go to a k-8th grade school at a town called Avilla.
There is 150 people in Avilla.

So we say we are from the Avilla-Carthage-Joplin Metroplex area! JK

I would be a couple hours South, but would certainly be interested in discussing things with you online and maybe someday in person.
My work takes me as far north as the town of Nevada, and January 27th I was in KC for training with my job.
Been from Missouri very long?
Are the opportunities good up there in a more populated area?
Would be glad to hear how you do what you do, and how things are going for you.
Email me.
