Is there anyone in this forum that could help me in learning
how to purchase real estate with out credit. I am tired of
living pay check to pay check. There is a lot of opportunities
in the phoenix area. I have posted on this forum before for
help. Everyone that has responded wants money to help me. I
dont mind it if the people were sincere. Maybe someone could
point me in a direction. What would be the best property types
to look for i,e,…lease with buy option, FSBO, Short sales,
Foreclosure, Bank owned ?

Put me in the lease option category as the easiest way to get started. Easiest and least risky, and requiring little cash.
