His contract to purchase is on page 226 of DOW. I think it’s in the other book too, but I don’t have it handy right now. Plus, the DOW copy is larger and more legible.

Well it’s been a busy week after convention. Got a house L/O’d, put a contract on one and buying my first mobile! So…I have Lonnie’s books but the forms in the back are all for selling a mobile. What do you use when you BUY one?
