I am working in a Mobile Home Park here in the Phoenix area. I just sold two more homes in the park! I had an opportunity to run into the owner (He’s from California)today. He is interested in purchasing some more parks here in the PHX area. Can any one help me with information on any parks for sale in the area? Or. . . maybe you know a good real estate broker who works with MHP’s in the PHX area. I would appreciate any helpful information!
Secondly, they have an empty space in the park I work in. Any one in the PHX area have a nice home that they need to move? I am sure I can get you some concessions if you move into this park! It is a nice 55+ park. The park may even buy the home if you would be interested in “wholesaling” it!

Find out what his prefs are. I keep a list of MHP’s, RVP’s, and undeveloped Commercial in Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico (bird dog service). Maybe I can match him up with something.
