Hi everyone,
i was looking for some advice on if the deal i’m conscidering is a good one. My cousin is selling his trailer to move away to law school. It’s a single wide two bedroom one bath, new heating and airconditioning systems, is a good neighborhood. I’m not quite sure but it should be around ten years old. He said he would sell it to me for 5,000 including all the apliances in the home, washer dryer, fridge, stove. Does this sound fair? In four years after college will i be able to get out of it what i paid for it? I’m not looking to make money, just not lose any.
