you should be careful in what you say or in what you do. let us say you buy a 2000.00 home and sell it for 4000.00 without moving it.what happens if you have a lemon, and you just by buying and reselling can be brought into lawsuits very easily by someone who is unhappy by their purchase. all it takes is one mistake and you are out,not to mention being fined or in some states jailed for selling illigally. i have not read lonnies books, but from what i hear and read here you people are not getting all the facts,i am a nationwide mover, i also had a dealership before the market went sour. so i know what can and can not happen. good luck but try to stay honest ,you will get a lot further… alfie

I would like to get started buying in Texas, but can only buy 1 a year. Does this include buying and renting them out or just buying and selling them. I would like to just buy and sell, I have about 5 family members that I could involve in this process. If this does not work, then I could just buy and rent, really don’t want to get into the landlord stuff. I have about 10k to get started with. I would like to get with some one around my area, Beaumont,Tx. any comments are welcomed. thanks.
