Been looking myself. Found quite afew that don’t work. Currently have one undercontract in Indiana.
Came across 2 in Plain City Ohio 28 units and 21 units, some park owned,didn’t work any numbers so I leave that up to you.
They are listed with a broker/agent Sonya Chafin 614-879-7150 or office 614-777-9600.
