I have never done a sub 2 deal so am a little apprehensive about it. Are there any issues I shoud be particularly careful with in buying a lot subject 2 existing financing in Oregon? Seller’s brother is a RE layer. Should we use him or is this a conflict of interest on seller’s part? Holder of note is a local credit union and the financial community is relatively small. Is this a potential problem with respect to the due on sale issue?
