I recently started my own company and am now having trouble finding good terms for a rental property that I would like to buy and hold. When I was in the corporate world, I could easily get 10% down loans at competitive rates. Now I’m hearing 30% down at much higher rates. Am I stuck or are there other programs out there that I could look into?
