I was surfing around the web and found Steve Cook’s web site (email me for a link)that has a Business Plan (in Word) specific to real estate for $39. You download it and can have it within a couple hours. I haven’t reviewed/used it but maybe some other readers have and can comment. It does look like it would be a huge time saver though.
If you order it I’d be very interested in getting your opinion. I’m thinking about it as I need to write up a BP myself.

Franciene…try your local small business development center (sbdc). You can locate a branch near you by starting at www.sba.gov. The SBDC will help you with a business plan free of charge. Hope this helps and good luck.
