My husband and I are looking for some ideas. We have a house under contract with a potential of 30K profit. We are selling our own home (we’re moving) for at least 40K. So between the two we’ll at least have 70K profit. The problem is the holding and repair time is going to stretch our budget. Any ideas for a buffer zone to get us through the next 3 months. Thanks
