It appears to me that Bronchick who put out a recent Teleseminar was asked several key questions all of which he said see me later. He had one that asked If I deed a property to an LLC how do I eliminate the paper trail since the LLC now owns it. He gave the same answer. Does anyone know !

What was his answer? Actually, what were the questions? I be they’ve pretty much all been answered here somewhere.
In any event, as for the question you’ve posed above, it’s my understanding that you can’t eliminate the paper trail.
