The real estate requirements to be a broker concentrate on state RE laws. There is very little on how to operate a RE office.My question-can you recommend a text that presents how a RE office should operate? How the broker should deal with agents? Amount of commission? Training? Dealing with out of state offices on prospects you send? How to work with offices that have the listing? How to deal with agents interested in your listings? I am looking for a reference book that can be used by an inexperienced broker covering such subjects as insurance;loans; agent problems; hiring; firing etc.
Can you recommend any Real Estate Brokerage books? I tried to search for this type of book on the internet and got about 60,000 sites and more confusion when I went to the sites.
