I am in San Antonio, TX

FICO scores for wife and I 750 midscore avg

Trying to borrow money to buy deeply discounted properties. Have my own rehab team. Have my own real estate brokerage w/prop mgt. Need to have:

Refi capability to pull cash out of deals I have already bought and rehabbed.

Need additional cash to keep buying more properties while we are still in this ultimate down “opportunity” market.
