Bronchick’s “Flipping Properties” and Ron LeGrand’s “Fast Cash” are inexpensive and are a good overview. Steve Cook’s course is not sold on this site but at his site.
Read everything on this site and in the archives. In my opinion there is more than enough on this site to get one started in wholesaling.
