3 step process to getting a NNN property. #1 find someone who has such a property and is selling. Step 2, arrange for funds to buy it. Step 3, Buy it. The alternative 3 step process is step 1, find a nice corner location that is desirable. Step 2 build or ground lease the land out. Step 3, Close and collect cash or monthly rent.
