Hi all,
We might be coming into some money to get started in real estate investing. We are looking at long-term hold type properties, with money coming in from private people (friends, families). Are there any good books or courses out there that explain how we would set up such joint ventures or partnerships? Since we might be working with a lot of individuals (5-10), does it make sense to set up a new partnership for every deal? Or can we just offer notes with interest rates?
