As far as I can tell this is only a “seminar investment approach.” That means it does not work in the real world but sounds good to seminar attendees when the speaker talks about it.

If you put bonds into the search function here on the main news forum of the CREONLINE.COM site, you will find other discussion of the topic.

I have never heard of a deal where it really was done.

I have been reading about using bonds to purchase real esate by offering them to the seller or as payment to lenders for REO’s. Does anyone have advise or experience with those types of deals? Thanks
