You’re long overdue taking this to a lawyer and maybe too late now.

And looking for free legal advice here isn’t going to do it for you either.

You’ve put $30,000 into it and your unwillingness to hire a lawyer for a small fraction of that has proved to be a costly mistake.

4 1/2 years ago i entered into a bond for title to purchase a mobile home with acre of land for 85k i have paid 30k no interest mortgage (private owner) this year owner hired attorney took me to court said that i was her tenant and had not paid and was eight months behind in payment asked what payment missing never responded (not true never missed a payment) court ordered writ of ejectment i filed appeal stating dispute involved title to real estate should not have been heard in magistrate court
attory for seller filed forclosure/ lis pendis meanwhile the seller sells the property no notice to me the new deed hold contacts me offers a rental court cases still awaiting court dates i am pro se this has to be illegal what is your opinion
