Sorry this announcement is a little belated this week. The next meeting of the Boca Real Estate Investment Club is Thursday, Jan 14 at 7pm.

We’ve moved! Our new location is at the Holiday Inn just west of I-95 and just south of Glades Road. Our meeting will be on the second floor in the conference center. Just look for our signs. Registration begins at 7pm and the meeting will begin at 7:30.
This month, BRIC presents two topics of interest: Our first speaker is Frank Rodriguez, President of Corporate Creations. He is an attorney who can incorporate you in any state. He is a dynamic speaker and will entertain your questions.
Our second speaker is Jim Miller, a club member, and computer consultant who developed “Real Estate Prospector”. He will be giving a demonstration of this software program that will help you end your paperwork problems, figure out rehab costs, analyze profit potential before you buy, keep track of buyers, and much more! This software is designed by an investor for investors, so you will not want to miss his presentation.
Memberships are $100 for a year and includes many benefits. Cost of the meeting at the door is $10 per member and $15 for non-members.
