Killer Joe,

Yes, I think compensation would be in order. Obviously, bird-dogging is perfectly legal. I don’t think that there’s any question about that!

Hi all,

I’m really confused.

On another thread http://www.creonline.com/wwwboard/messages/95358.html
there was a discussion about whether or not birddogging is legal.

How does one check one’s state laws on this?

Would it be legal if the buyer and I formed a partnership?

Thanks!

As soon as my cellmate gets back from his exercise time on the yard, I’ll ask him - I think he was a birddogger!

Just a question… - Posted by Killer Joe

Mike,

If an individual approached you with knowledge of a property they knew was soon going to be on the market, would you consider compensation to that person would be in order IF that knowledge allowed you to buy the property on your favored terms and you profited?
