Art an idea for you:
Find a prop there in H County and put some cogent details on here for us.
Such as: price, size, neighborhood, quality and character of that neighborhood, rentability as-is or how much $$$ needed to make it so, what area rentals are bringing in, maybe some photos inside & out.
Also the kind of bus arrangement that would work for you and the money guy.
With this kind of tasteful come-on for some one of the props you’re finding, I’d be surprised if you didn’t get a nibble or two.
