My builder and I have been talking about some spec homes he is currently building in my subdivision. Being a sales man (in a unrelated field)we discussed me helping him sale them. I would advertise in the local paper and show the homes since they are right down the street. Then I would have the individual contact the builder for the details on purchasing them. I live in Missouri and was wondering if this would be legal since I don’t have a real estate license? We did discuss some compensation.
