Ask small business to put up a temporary vinyl 4x8
banner on the side of their building. You’ll have
to earn their trust to agree to $500 or so for every
houses you buy/sell from the banner. Or you can
pay them monthly. Just and idea. I have one up.
Check your local Sign laws.

Does anyone use billboards, transit, bus stop ads, or anything outdoors like that (excluding bandit signs)? I want to know if they are affective and worth the money ($500/month for bus stop ads). That would cost me less than running a month long pennysaver and local paper ad for “We buy houses” ($600). For those who have success with them, I would like to know what your ad says and what the response is like? Thanks in advance for your input. If I run ads this way I will be sure to post my results.
