I live in CA and my RE investments are in Texas and Utah. I just formed a Nevada LLC, now I’m not sure where to go. Someone told me to form a Texas LP, put all my properties in the LP and have my LLC be the General Partner.
Does this make sense?
Does anyone know how to do this?
Is there a better way for me to get protection with my LLC?
Any advice would be appreciated!
