skip the capital gains and dump 100% of any profits into a new, more profitable 1031 exchange. you avoid all capital gains this way while buying a property that you can generate greater profits with, at that point, you won’t care how much gains you pay.

Great Site!!! I submitted an offer on a VA foreclosure for 176k (comps 215K). The offer was accepted. Now I am wondering should I try a FSBO or a Lease Option. My goal is to minimize the capital gains taxes. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
