“Tote the NOTE” Late night TV time is realitivy inexpensive and PAYS…Sell and carry the paper. Emphasize…EXCELLENT VIEW, MAGNIFICENT SKYLINES, WONDERFUL WINTER ACTIVITIES, GATED,…SELL the SIZZLE and not the Steak.
Carry the paper for say 3 years, NO SUBORDINATION CLAUSES, hold on for hopefully better times.

In these economic times, what would be the best way to market (other than in the MLS) to buyers a gated mountain development (homesites ready for building)? The property is located near Monteagle and Sewanee (University of the South); 30 minutes from Chattanooga (new VW plant opening) and about and hour and 15 minutes from Nashville.
Also considering marketing the property as a whole to investors – any ideas how to go about doing that?
