Hello fellow investors,

It seems that some of the free comps websites that I used to know have gone to a fee based platform or they funnel you to a (sigh) RE agent. Does anyone know of sites where I can get some near free comps. I thought about trying to use tax roles as a base – but I resisted.

Have a great day all!

Have you tried homeradar.com? I’ve received free comps from them in the past. The information on the homes is not very detailed but it does at least list the sales price of the home, address, square footage, and sales date.

That’s great! I just got off their site and that’s very much what I’m looking for. Thanks very much for your assistance. I wish you much success in your investing future.
