The best state for your LLC is your own state (the state you plan to buy and sell RE or do business in). Read Bronchick’s explanation as to why at www.legalwiz.com free articles section. You will loose the privacy when you register the “secret” LLC in your state. Land Trusts provide privacy (except in AZ where by law you MUST reveal the beneficary).
