Mr. Fowler’s course is the only that I have bought and it has helped me a great deal. Not only did I find it more affordable than the other courses I researched but I felt that it it did not include any fluff and they did not try to upsell anything else. I realized a while ago that no matter what course you buy you will still have questions and I totally took advantage of the free email support to help answer additional questions that I had. Overall I think it’s worth the money.
What is the best short sale course out there? Fowler’s looks like it is much more affordable than most. Does it have the same amount of info packed into it as the others? How would it compare to J. Kalers? Any one heard of ShortSalPro’s?

I have 3 courses that are about short sales.
Lou Brown’s
Dwan Twyford’s
And Bill Bronchick covers it pretty well in his material
All are similar and cover the same basic material. Dwan’s material is simple and easy to use. I use a combination of the three courses to work short sales and have done well. However all my education material I blend and tweak to my area and my style.
I have conversed with shortsalepro on another board and he seems very knowledgable.I have no first hand info but have heard good about Fowler and Jeff Kaler as well.

Hi there. I also just buy SHORT SALE course from Fowler author.I read it through few time, totally it’s good, but not very good like the website’s words.I mean the course do help U ,but U need to ask some more question from creonline.com to go through the course. Specially the 30K package, with the black marker to the contract form to hide their Seller information, that’s Ok but they need to put some other word replace it to make us understanding. After all I just say the course is good with affordable price, but you need to get some more information from this website by asking the thing U get confuse from the course.
