Hello, @Bronze_Knuckles
Biggerpockets is very expensive and also a bit complicated if you are just starting out. I would recommend Brrrrbot. Here is an example of a property I have analyzed.

For my analysis and learning, I use Brrrrbot. It’s efficient and avoids the messiness I’ve experienced with Excel, especially for complex valuations.

Hi, are you considering using Redfin, Zillow, or Trulia? These tools can give you a basic estimate of a property’s value.ue.

You can try DealCheck

The best real estate evaluation tools combine market data analysis with property-specific metrics, offering accurate insights for investment decisions. Popular options include Zillow, Redfin, and REIPro, each providing detailed property value assessments and trends.

Hey @Bronze_Knuckles! Totally get the struggle with Excel—things can get messy fast, especially if you’re dealing with multiple properties or complex metrics. For more global-friendly options, you might want to check out Zillow Rental Manager and Redfin for general property values and trends (they both cover a lot of international markets now).

Another good tool is Mashvisor for analyzing rental properties globally, especially if you’re comparing markets or investment returns. Reonomy is also worth exploring for commercial real estate—it’s widely used for property data in various countries and provides detailed analytics. And if you’re into deeper forecasting, CoStar offers extensive commercial and residential property data on a global scale, though it’s a bit more premium-priced.

These options might offer more versatility and are great for getting beyond the basics without the U.S.-only focus of BiggerPockets. Hope this helps
